Educational
Qualification:
1. General Manager- Chartered Accountant / MBA
(Finance) / Master degree in commerce or science with 5 years experience of
scheduled bank.
2. Assistant General Manager: - Chartered
Accountant / MBA (Finance) from reputed institute with 5 years experience of
scheduled bank as a Manager.
3. H R D Manager -MBA (HRD) from reputed
institute with 5 years experience of scheduled bank or scheduled co-op. bank.
4. Law Manager - LLM with 3 years experience
of scheduled bank or scheduled co-op. bank as a legal Manager or Officer.
5. DEMAT Manager – Commerce/Science Graduate
or MBA with 3 years experience as Manager NSDL and CDCL demat division.
6. Manager (Taxation, Advances) - Chartered
Accountant with experience of loan processing, project finance or taxation.
7. P.A. to CEO - Graduate having experience in
the similar capacity in the renowned institute /company or scheduled bank or
scheduled co-op. bank.
8. Receptionist- Graduate, preferably CAIIB
having 5 years experience as receptionist in reputed organization.
9. Principal for Training Center - Graduate
with 7 years experience as faculty member in training center / college of
scheduled bank / scheduled co-op. bank or other co.op. training institute in
banking.
10. Faculty for Training Center - Graduate
with 5 years experience as faculty member in training center / college of
scheduled bank / scheduled co-op. bank or other co. op. training institute in
banking.
Upper
Age Limit: Between 45-55 years for Post under Sl. No. 1;
between 40-55 years for Sl. No. 2; below 45 years for Sl. No. 3 to 6; below 40
years for Sl. No. 7; below 35 years for Sl. No. 8 and below 65 years for Posts
under Sl. No, 9 & 10.
Distribution
of Salary: Salary payable to the deserving candidates
appointed for the posts will be as given per bank’s norms and policy.
