Public Service Commission (PSC) invites applications for the recruitment of Veterinary
Officer, Medical Officer & many other posts. Eligible candidates fulfilling
the required eligibility criteria can apply online by 27.01.2017. Description
regarding age limit, educational qualification, selection criteria & how to

Name

1. Veterinary Officer – 18 Posts
2. Medical Officer – 03 Posts
Educational
Qualification:
1. Veterinary Officer – Recognized Veterinary
qualification and registered with Goa State Veterinary council and experience
in cattle development or Poultry development of running of a veterinary
dispensary.
2. Medical Officer – A recognized medical
qualification or degree of a Goa Medical school with completion of compulsory
rotating internship and experience in the general medical practice or concerned
speciality.
Age
Limit: Candidates age limit should not be over 45
years as on last date of receipt of applications. Age relaxation will be
applicable Govt. of India directives.
Pay
Scale:
1. Veterinary Officer - Rs. 9,300 – 34,800 + Rs.
4,600/- (Grade Pay)
2. Medical Officer – Rs. 15,600 – 39,100 + Rs.
5,400/- (Grade Pay)
Selection
Procedure: Shortlisted candidates will be called for oral
interview.
